Occupational Health and Safety at Pro Project starts with the commitment of senior management. OHS Pro is considered as a value from the top level to the bottom of the Project and works with competent teams in terms of OHS in all business processes. In Pro, OHS Management was established to cover proactive and reactive approaches. The combination of these approaches covers all stages of the OHS Management System.
Proactive approach; It starts with the identification, evaluation and management of risks. Pre-work risk assessments, Work Hazard Analysis and on-the-job meetings are the main steps of Pro Proje OHS risk management and the measures determined in risk analysis are used to prevent accidents. As We Pro Project, all accidents; We believe that it can be prevented with the right perspective, correct planning and effective practices. For this reason, every activity carried out throughout the Pro Project is evaluated with the risks it has and related procedures are created by taking these risks into consideration. Pro Project OHS procedures are prepared and implemented in 5 different categories.
Since ALL ACCIDENTS ARE PREVENTABLE, we maintain the “Zero Accident” target in all our activities; our employees and stakeholders are also working to achieve this goal. Pro Proje Company Management believes that nothing can compromise this goal for our employees and stakeholders, and strongly supports and appreciates the initiatives and efforts to achieve this goal.
To reach “Zero Accident” which is the ultimate goal of Pro Project:
We do not separate our subcontractors from our own employees. We apply the same OHS standards to all of our subcontractors that we hold ourselves responsible and we expect our subcontractors to comply with these standards.
Communication is the top priority for all Pro Project employees. Understand the employee principle is always aware of the Pro Project. Communication is an important component of our OHS Management System. In order to reach our employees at all levels, different communication tools are used and our employees are contacted in their own language to overcome the language barrier. In order to communicate correctly in our company, business development assistants who speak 5 different languages as their mother tongue work.
OHS performances of our projects are monitored on proactive and reactive parameters. Our projects are regularly audited by Building Audit firms and audit institutions, and the results of the audit are evaluated by the project and the central management.
Accident investigation and reporting is an important part of our OHS Management System to prevent accidents from happening again. For this purpose, all accidents and incidents are investigated in detail to determine the root causes. The “Lessons Learned” that are created as a result of the research are shared with all Pro Project management in order to take necessary measures.
Pro Project attaches importance to open and transparent communication. The Company has a Complaint Line so employees can report behavior that violates the Pro Code of Conduct or Company policies.
When such concerns arise, we recommend that employees consult their supervisors or local project management before contacting the Head Office. If their concerns are not resolved in this way, employees can reach the Central Office using the number below.
